Help Desk
The NAS Help Desks are available 24hrs, 7days. They are highly skilled in working with clients remotely. They work with our valued customers via telephone to resolve reported problems by troubleshooting right from our offices. In fact, the Help Desk goes an extra mile to make sure that clients’ issues are resolved promptly. Where the reported problem necessitates the presence of a technician at client’s premise, the Help Desk personnel alert the on-duty Coordinator for an immediate dispatch of our on – site support or service consultants to the customer site for a further check and resolution of the issue.
