1. We really provide 24x7 Help desk and E-support to all of our customers.

2. For our Prestige customers with large capacities, we provide 3-hour on-site support. For all others, we provide 24hour on-site support during business hours.

3. We provide 24-hour monitoring support to our customers with a manage firewall router, an enterprise backup system and a generator that will support our customers’ equipment being on twenty-four hours.
Training
For additional fees, we offer extensive hands-on training for many of the products we sell.
