Pulse has designed a new IP Based Phone system with the small-to medium business customers in mind. The PulseTEL system provides advanced phone system/PBX features such as Voicemail, Auto Attendant, Caller ID, Voice Recording and much more. The PulseTEL system can utilize traditional phone lines (so customers can keep their existing phone numbers, 911 services, etc.) and take advantage of new low-cost VoIP telephone providers to terminate calls nationally or worldwide.

Because this system runs over standard Ethernet, companies no longer need two sets of cabling throughout the office to support both voice and data, they can be combined into one! The Adtran NetVanta switch/router combination provides power to the SNOM VoIP phones via the Ethernet network. Since the SNOM VoIP phones have a secondary Ethernet port, there is no need to run additional cabling for computers.

Long distance and international calls just became less expensive. The PulseTEL system allows your company to access new low cost VoIP service providers. Instead of sending long distance and international calls over expensive telephone land lines, the PulseTel system will send calls over the Internet to your provider of choice. If you lose your Internet connection, no problem, the PulseTEL system will send the call over traditional land lines.
Your home office and traveling personnel can have full access to the PulseTEL system. Just provide your employees with a SIP adapter, SIP phone or software SIP phone and they have complete functionality as though they were using the phone in the office!
